Calling all medical students! Present your essay in Zurich, win a prize and add success in an international competition to your CV!

Recruitment of medical students and doctors in the early years of their training is vital to the continued success of the Anglo-German Medical Society (AGMS). Gaining professional, cultural and linguistic experience abroad in the formative stages of one’s career often leads to fruitful research collaboration, career opportunities, bilateral exchange of ideas and lasting friendships. For many trainees in some parts of Europe, experience and opportunities in other parts of the continent are given little thought.

Entries are welcome in English or German and extra credit will be given to those not writing in their native language. The competition is open to medical students or recently graduated doctors (2010 graduation date or later) who study / studied medicine or dentistry at a British, Irish, German, Austrian or Swiss medical school.
