Meine bescheidene Meinung:

1) c: Sigma kommt ja auch raus, gibt eine A. zwischen Rektum und Transversum

2) a: beim tiefsitzenden Rektumca gibt's eben Lungenmeta, die nicht über die Leber gehen, also Leber und portocaval fällt mal raus. Die Abgrenzung zu c) bin ich mir nicht so sicher.

3) d: Einnahme von Aspirin (hohe Dosen) ist ein protektiver Faktor

4) a: kann aber auch b: sein :-))
