The room and the kitchen is well-equipped.
Cable TV and internet is available if necessary.
Rental price is EUR260 + EUR90 overhead/month.
It is required one year contract and 2 month caution price.

could you tell me please if gas,water, etc. are included in 260€/month and what's the additional price for internet/phone? Is the internet connestion allready installed? Which provider do you prefer?
When could I first rent the flat?
