non-mobilised blood

Hello,

what´s the meaning of this term "non-mobilised blood". I found it in an interesting abstract searching literature for my dissertation.
I don´t know what´s that in german. The aim of the study was to found a new source of stem cell.

Can anyone help me please?

Regarding the context, this probably refers to the mobilization of bone marrow stem cells to the peripheral blood (which can be induced by various substances).

therefore, the term non-mobilized blood might be used to describe blood in which no induction of mobilization was performed.
