About Wartezeit and subjects/requirements

I am 25 years old and have 12 Wartesemester.
I never took Chemistry or Math in high school.
My durchschnittsnote is 2,2.

What are my options?

1 - Can I get admitted without Chemistry or Math?

2 - Will I lose the "wartesemester" advantage if I take those subjects at the local high school now?

I'm from Sweden. I have a german girlfriend who has a kid, so I have to study in Germany.

Got any ideas?

1. yep you can get admitted without math or chemistry.....everything starts with the basics...(in german)
2. you wouldn't loose your advantage by taking courses at a local university but you wouldn't collect any further "Wartesemester"....
3. I would say with 12 Ws and Durchschnittsnote 2,2 you should get a place, where do u want to study???

In my opinion if you are from abroad you have to be admitted via the "Ausländer-Quote", not via Wartezeit.

1. That's what I thought, because German friends of mine got admitted without Physics from high school.

2. It is not at a local university, but high school exams (in Chemistry ++) that will be added to my Swedish high school diploma. So that's why I am wondering if they will count the "Wartesemester" from the date I last added subjects to my diploma.

3. I would like to study in Hamburg, Frankfurt or Berlin.

Becoming a german citizen is not as easy as you think. It will take you more than 3 years.

By Becoming a german citizen you wont get the opportunity to apply as a german student, because you baccalaureate will be from a foreign country as well as far as I know.

EU citizens can apply just like German citizens so long as their school-leaving qualification is equal to the German "Abitur". The Swedish "Slutbetyg Gymnasieskolan" is generally considered equal. However, there are subject-specific minimum requirements.
