Hallo, I'm a foreign medical student from Italy. I would like to know if in Germany there is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation speciality. I would like to become a physiatrist ;-)

Yes, there is. It is called Facharzt für Physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitative Medizin. Just google it and you will find lots of information!
