Help with my application!

Hey guys
I just finished high school in Greece and got my high school diploma
My grade is 19/20 or as it is converted to german standards 1.3
Should I apply with the 20% of Abibesten?
If I do and don't get selected can I also apply with the 60% or do I just don't get a spot?
What are my chances in general?
Which university should I choose?
PS:I got my testDaf with a 4 so no need to worry about that :D
PS2:I did not take the TMS(I would have to have taken it in Germany and that's kind of hard :))
If anybody knows about the requirements(for a greek student) and can help me I would highly appreciate it!

Hi!
As a foreigner you cannot apply in the Abibesten (it's only for Germans).
In http://www.hochschulstart.de/index.php?id=8 you can find information on international students and applying. You can also find something directly from the internet sites of the universities.

You should probably rather ask/read about these topics in "vor dem studium" part of the forum -it is in German but if you want to study in Germany, it should be no problem ;). Many are applying this year and a lot about everything. :)
PS. When you fill your application, you will need an official translation of your diploma, get it from somewhere. (i assume it is not in German) Also, read what the university says about international students. You might need some extra papers, passport copies, usw.
