kommt auf die Indikation an. TVT-Prophylaxe, PE (=Pulmonalembolie=Lungenembolie=Lungenerterienemboli e=Blutklumpen duest vom Haxen zur LUNGE=was boeses=/=Perikarderguss&=/=Polypektomie=/=Probeschnippseln) oder Akutes Coronar-Syndrom-Behandlung?
z.B: Clexane
Prophylaxe: 20-40mg s.c. 1xtgl., je nach Risiko
PE-Behandlung: 1.5mg/kg s.c. 1xtgl
ACS-Behandlung: 1mg/kg s.c. 2xtgl.
