Translation of Zeugnis über die Ärztliche Prüfung

I passed the Hammerexamen in Spring 2007 and need a translation of the "Zeugnis über die Ärztliche Prüfung" for the ECFMG.
Has anyone translated that before?

Would be nice, if anyone could help. It is a hessian certificate..

I would go for "Clinical Biochemistry, Laboratory Diagnostics"
